Life Skills:
-          load the washer 3 of 5 times, with fading staff assistance
-      fold wash cloths 4 of 5 times
Functional Mathmatics:
- sort utensils 4 of 5 times with fading prompts
- sort objects by shape 4 of 5 times with fading prompts
- sort objects by color and shape 4 of 5 times with fading prompts
Functional Literacy:
      - id familiar objects found in classroom 4 of 5 times
      - navigate back wing to id objects and rooms with minimal assistance 4 of 5 times
Behavior:
- demonstrate no more than 25% decrease in episodes of failure to cooperate
- demonstrate no more than 25% decrease in episodes of leaving the designated area
- demonstrate no more than 25% decrease in episodes of inappropriate physical interaction
Speech Therapy/ Communication:
      - Manually sign “cracker”, “drink”, “cheese”, “walk”, and “show” with no more than one verbal
            prompt when has motivation

      - use manual signs to request new signs to request new identified reinforcers with maximum
         cues
      - follow simple one-step commands given minimum verbal and visual cues
      - use a manual sign to label 4 familiar objects or photos of objects, given moderate to max

      - establish eye contact, with attention, with adult when requesting, given full cues as needed
      - engage in a simple reciprocal activity for 2 exchanges given full cues

Occupational Therapy:
- use right hand to stabilize an object as she works on academic tasks with her left hand, given verbal cues only
